5 Things you Can Do To Stand Against the Storm of Life

Have you ever seen a bird bullied by the wind?
It can struggle against it but it will still pull through, It will still travel maybe not in the direction it originally plan to go but it will leverage on the wind in a supportive way.

Today i was reflecting on reasons why people wake up one morning and decides to end it all by suicide. The simple answer is that life situation can beat you blue black and even take out all the reasonability you have left.
Its not easy living in an imperfect world full of diseases, financial difficulties, hate and wickedness.
I encourage you as much as i encourage myself everyday, you are not alone!

So many people have been through similar situation and giving up was not an option and you too can do same by not allowing your self to be swept away from your foundation. Choose to stand solid. Just like the bird the wind will try to bully you...ride with the wind but dont be battered by them.

5 Things you can do to stand against the storm of life

I. Believe: Even when everyone has turn their back on you...you cant afford to turn your back on yourself. Have an unwavering believe that you will make it. Believe that you will laugh at last.

2. Patient: patience is not sitting around doing nothing. Patience is working + hoping that things will materialize just as we expect it to happen.

3. Meditate: Try as much as possible never to get so involved in the noice and negativity that is happening all around. Always have a quiet time to reflect and strategize on new ways.

4. Be flexible: Remember the bird? It originally wanted to travel point A but the wind took it to point B .
Letting go of one path can be disappointing, but if you let the breeze wash over you, it might gently guide you in a new and more positive direction.

5. Focus : In as much as we need to be flexible, some dreams, visions and strategies needs focus.
Know where yours falls.
Stay positive and never give up.
I have decided that i will never say its over until its finally over.
I wont be that person that has digged so deep and when its time to dig out the treasure, gets frustrated and give up. No not me and it shouldn't be you either.
