Five Points For Effective Leadership - Royal-Queen



Leadership can be intoxicating and people often-times looses focus when they are in the place of leadership.



I've been under wrong and right leadership and since I have special interest in 'right leadership'...I always observe leaders closely and my observations and experiences  over time birthed this five points for effective leadership. See  below;

    Another effective quality a leader should possess is being a role model to your followers.
    By this I mean you show them what you expect of them.
    If you want them to come early to work, you come early.
